Matalan workers in Kirkby and other stores have seen only very minimum rises in pay over the last seven years. This abasement of the work force has left many out of pocket so much that they have left work to seek fairer pay.

Everyone knows it is common knowledge that Matalan are one of the lowest paying companies in the country yet enjoy bumper profits and returns something needs changing and levelling up is the only answer.
