Some customer service workers at Lidl have been stalked and harassed by certain customers due to having their name on their shirt or badge. Through my name badge, I have had customers harassing me through social media and act inappropriately towards me on there.

Now I'm asking the company to let workers opt-out of having name badges, in favour of ID numbers in order to protect our identity.
