For too long, the policy was hidden. Managers gave contradictory advice and workers were denied the sick pay they were entitled to.

1. Print physical copies of the policy
2. Post them to all 2,500 Boots stores across the UK
3. Make sure every one of the 52,000 Boots workers knows their rights
