I am writing to urge you to activate the break clause in the NHS contract with Palantir Technologies, and end this dangerous deal with immediate effect.

Palantir is a US surveillance technology company with deep ties to Donald Trump and a track record of supplying tech to military operations. Their staff have been granted what has been described as "unlimited access" to NHS patient data - data belonging to millions of people in this country who never consented to a private American spy tech company holding it.

There is a break clause in this contract. Officials have already been examining whether to use it. I am asking you to use it now.

Please can you:

- Confirm that you are personally reviewing the case for activating the break clause in the Palantir NHS contract
- Commit to a transparent public process before any decision is made to extend or continue this arrangement
- Provide clarity on what data Palantir currently holds, who has access to it, and what safeguards are in place

The public did not consent to this contract. NHS staff have spoken out against it. You have the power to end it.
