At the moment Tesco gives staff a 10% discount on our shop but with the cost of living crisis, it's been difficult to make ends meet and afford groceries even with this discount. I think Tesco should give staff a 20% discount on our shop to help us with rising prices. It's a nice way to show that you care about your employees and to reward us for all our hard work.
