I've been an engineer for ten years for a huge tech company that's a household name in the UK - but now I'm being made to train AI to replace me.

I used to really love my job but now instead of actually doing my work, all I'm doing is training AI bots how to do my work. All of my knowledge and expertise is being poured into an AI tool designed to take my job. When it forces me out of work, my loss of earnings will be huge and I'll struggle to make ends meet. Yet, my employer doesn't acknowledge this and I am not compensated. What's worse is, I know if I refuse to use the AI tool then I would lose my job.

This isn't just about me or my company. Millions of us are currently training AI bots to take our jobs without realising. We need urgent regulation so that workers are compensated. With this technology changing workplaces everyday, the new Government need to take action now.
