To Sean Doyle, Chairperson and Lisa Tremble, Chief of People

I find it discriminating and conservative for a world leading airline that supports Inclusion and Diversity, that allows men to wear the female uniform and make up, not allowing its colleagues to wear short sleeves garments because their tattoos will be visible. I struggle wearing the only the only item I am allowed (female long sleeve shirt) because my tattoos in my arms will be visible. Virgin Atlantic allows its employees to have visible tattoos, more and more organisations do nowadays. Even the MET does! I do not believe it will affect in a more negative way the way we "look" in our uniform, on the contrary, it will prove that we are indeed an organisation that supports diversity.
