Stop the dangerous caseload levels in the NHS!

I am a nurse and I work in the mental health sector, under the South London and Maudsley trust. We are having a caseload of anywhere between 25 and 50 patients, which is not safe. Patients safety is being compromised and nurses are stressed out and leaving in droves. I would like you to investigate why we are having unmanagable workloads and being forced to carry out dangerous practices.
