I work in a store taking £47,000 a week and because of a shortage of staff, we are working 1 on 1 shifts. We have to deal with giving parcels to customers non-stop, hot food, deliveries as well as customer service and meet our targets.

Co-op needs to pay it's workers better and hire more staff so that we don't work 1 on 1 shifts anymore.
