To Andy Burnham, Keir Starmer and the UK Government
Palantir is a US spy tech company worth over $300 billion, with close ties to the Trump administration. They've been given access to the most sensitive patient data in our NHS, despite NHS staff never asking for this contract and raising serious concerns about what it means for patient privacy and the creeping privatisation of our health service.
The Mayor of London has rejected Palantir's contract with the Metropolitan Police because their values didn't align with London's, but the company didn't walk away. They sued him.
This is a company worth $300 billion taking a democratically elected mayor to court for saying no. If they get away with it, every public institution in the UK that says no to them becomes a target.
NHS workers are leading the charge against this, and now we will have a new Prime Minister who needs to make this a big priority to fix. If you agree we should get Palantir OUT of our NHS and UK institutions, will you add your name now?

We call on Andy Burnham, Keir Starmer, and the UK Government to terminate Palantir's NHS contract and make clear that UK public institutions are free to reject contracts without fear of legal intimidation.
