To Sainsburys CEO + Board

The discriminatory and sexist culture of Sainsbury's needs to end. I myself have experienced the sexism and harassment from managers which is overlooked, and made into a joke. It is not just limited to this, mental health issues are brushed aside and made a mockery of with managers telling colleagues about the illnesses that colleagues are suffering to other colleagues. Calling it out as fake time off! I have witnessed staff being disciplined just because management do not like them, rather than the ability to do their jobs. I have witnessed a manager physically touching women, asking about sex life with no come back on them. Although Sainsbury's say there is a good mental health policy, it is often mocked, with an employees private situation made public for all staff to hear. Managers are not shy on giving out personal information - the whole culture needs to change!
