To Director of G4S at Oakhill Secure Training Centre

I am a Night worker at G4S. I was being paid the same pay with colleagues who work during the day, who are in the same grade with me. However few years ago, my employer G4S decided to start paying Night staff less than their counterparts who work during the day. No explanation was given for this pay disparity. In fact, even though it's not written in law, generally Night shift is paid a little bit more anywhere else. We tried to raise this with the centre Director, our efforts hit a brick wall.
