To Simon Robert, the CEO of Sainsbury's/Argos

I had to step down from my position of Trading Support Manager at Argos because my GM didn't want to offer me a decent work-life balance despite knowing that I'm a single parent. I was then expected to train the new members of management - I refused because one new manager was rude and flippant towards me.

Sainsbury's/Argos must hire managers who have people skills training and treat their colleagues with respect, and must ensure a proper work-life balance for all workers.
