To Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock - Health Secretary,

Scrapping free parking for NHS staff is a kick in the teeth for staff who are still working tirelessly to keep the public safe in the face of a huge crisis.

Free parking for NHS staff was introduced for the Covid-19 outbreak. Without it, NHS staff are charged up to £3.50 an hour for every hour on shift. And now, the government are trying to go back to a system of making NHS staff pay to park at work. It wasn't right before Covid-19 and it's definitely not right now.

Please keep in place free parking for all NHS workers.
