To Amazon
I've been an Amazon driver for quite a while now so I guess this makes me an inside man. Even if the driver is doing the deliveries correctly, the customers can still complain to Amazon and say they've not received their parcels...I know this because I've tried it once and I got the parcels and the money back. This is not right! We need to be heard and Amazon need to listen to their drivers.

Amazon has to rework their policy on missing parcels towards their drivers. Drivers are punished and have no way to review the decision and defend themselves when a customer claims a package is missing. Maybe not all the drivers are doing their job properly but for some of us this job is important and we want to keep our jobs.
