To Prime Minister Andy Burnham and Health Secretary Yvette Cooper

Palantir is a US surveillance tech company worth over $400 billion, with close ties to the Trump administration.

In 2023 they were handed a £330 million contract to run the system that manages patient data across the NHS, called the Federated Data Platform. They've been given access to the most sensitive patient data in our NHS, despite NHS staff never asking for this contract and raising serious concerns about what it means for patient privacy and the creeping privatisation of our health service.

Three years on, the government's own figures show it's costing more and doing less than promised. Good news is that there's an exit clause written into the contract that lets the Government walk away in March 2027. But to use it, ministers have to give formal notice before the end of this year, or we're locked in for years more.

NHS staff, health unions and MPs from across the political spectrum are calling for Palantir to go!
