Right now the boss of TK Maxx isn't letting staff have time off - sometimes it is months before getting a weekend off work.

Forcing TK Maxx to make a small change to their rotas will make a huge difference to thousands of peoples' lives. We all deserve time with our loved ones - especially at Christmas

All us associates deserve to have at least one weekend off per month.

It’s really tough to have any social life or family time when we face months without a weekend to ourselves. Some associates do get weekends off, but it’s not given to everyone, even when we have the same availability.

We give a lot to our work. It would be really rewarding to us and our loved ones to be able to enjoy a weekend off per month.

I hope you value your staff enough to make it happen.
