For example, can you cover your rent and bills on the minimum wage? How would it positively impact you or your loved ones if it was raised?

This comment is on a different question, about apprentices - I think it's reasonable for them to be paid a bit less, as long as they are getting genuine training on the job that will help their future progress - but not if they are just being used as general dogsbodies. But £6.40 is outrageously inadequate, it should be greatly increased, e.g. doubled.
They struggle to pay bills
Ur barely living and sometimes u have to miss meals and if it’s really worth working
If government says you need 30000pouds to bring spouse into UK that should be the minimum wage

The wages are not enough for someone to pay all their bills and have something to save for rainh days.
It's hard for them to survive

The minimum wage should always be higher than those non workers on social security. Exceptions should be for the disabled .
If I didn't live with my husband who has a better paid job, I would not be able to cover all my bills.
It leaves me unable to persue my leisure activities properly and leaves me short for food sometimes
On minimum wage I pay 60% of my monthly income as rent, which is ridiculous. Minimum wags should be increased, and Universal Credit should be increased in line with it, as it is *supposed* to be waht you would make on minimum wage, but it is far below that. .
I previously was before the wage rises and whilst i know these changes are step in the correct direction i would still be in a struggling position after these
Can't pay all our bills
It's really hard to survive under 15 pound per hour wage. I've seen my friends and family borrowing money every month from others and from Banks on a high interest to survive the month. A lot of people ask me every month and i told them that I'm also in the same situation. It's extremely frustrating for people living in the UK and government do nothing tangibly just talk. The ground reality is completely different to their paper reality. I believe capitalism is only to support rich not poor and that's what we have been seen for so long and no positive outcome till yet, so socialism might be better than this. When you don't care about the poor and weak you're country and society won't go far.
Have had to reduce a day due to disability, low rate PIP and UC aren't touching the bills
It hard with grocery shopping especially the way the prices are always rising and how much housing is
It's horrible it used to be either feast or famine, but now it's mainly famine. We also used to have enough money to have at least one holiday a year but now we don't. We can't even save. We are always selling our belongings it's horrendous. We should be enjoying life but we are not. It's more a case of "getting by" now. We are worried and miserable half of the time. That's not good for our mental health.
Driving A very very old car(18 Yr old car)minimum wage full time job but costs over £60.00 a day for a nursery for child , so basically working for hardly anything!
The precariousness of every area of my life is affected: mental health, living conditions, quality food availability, everything is negatively influenced. Stress is high and worry is always at the forefront of my mind.
Most people are struggling to get by in daily life, even those who earn more than minimum wage. Some of the people hit the most are the younger generation due to the fact they do not have the opportunity to be able to save and are focwd to live paycheck to paycheck.

No holidays, no savings and having to live with parents or relatives. People are working two jobs to make ends meet. It shouldn't be like this.
