Do you support a 10:1 pay ratio for all employees in the UK?

The Green Party want to introduce a 10:1 pay ratio between the lowest-paid worker and the CEO in all private and public sector companies. This would mean no executive could be paid more than 10 times the lowest-paid worker on the shop, factory or trading floor. What do you think?
