Thanks for voting! Please can you answer a few questions to help stop the government cuts?

The government is consulting the public on changes to the DWP welfare system. Your survey answers will be directly emailed to the government's consultation, along with your name and email address. You can skip any questions you don't want to answer.

If you receive PIP, there is a short follow up survey where you can anonymously share your views: https://the.organise.network/surveys/stop-pip-cuts-consultation-anonymous

The government wants to stop some people from getting PIP unless they score 4 points or more in one daily living activity. What do you think of this?
Please choose all that you agree with
The government is proposing a new benefit that gives time-limited income support (6–12 months) for people who’ve paid National Insurance. It wouldn’t need a health assessment and would replace existing contributory benefits.
Some people worry that if they try a job, they’ll lose the support they rely on.
The government is proposing to delay the “health element” of Universal Credit until someone turns 22. What do you think?
This information is confidential and will not be shared with the government. If you say 'yes' we will send you a link to an optional follow up survey to answer some more questions about how the government can improve PIP
Please share as much as you like about why this is important to you - there's a good chance someone deciding the next steps for PIP will read this!
