Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be used abusively to silence employees if they speak out about discrimination, harassment or abuse in the workplace. They often appear in settlement agreements or even in employment contracts, before anything bad has even happened. Together we are exposing the scale of their use, so we can campaign to stop them!

This information will be kept anonymous, unless you decide you want to go public with any information. We just want to know the scale of the problem, not expose individual cases.
